Delivery & Return Policy


You agree to the electronic delivery of Content being initiated concurrently with the placement of your order. After you complete an order, an email, with all the requested data, will be sent to your valid email address. You will not be able to cancel your Order once it has been processed. The nature of the Content is such that it cannot be returned.

In the event that after your order, you discover and promptly inform us within 48 hours that
(a) The Content you purchased is corrupted.
(b) You did not receive an email that contains all the necessary information about your purchase.
(c) The Content delivered to you does not match the description of the Content you ordered from Silkroad Images
(d) Technical problems delayed or prevented the delivery of your Content.

Your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to such Content will be either replacement of the Content, or refund of the purchase price paid for such Content, as determined by Silkroad Images. Otherwise, no refunds are available. If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact our Customer Support at support@SilkroadImages.com

In the event Silkroad Images opts to provide you with a refund, we will attempt to process the refund within thirty (30) days.

Please note that Silkroad Images may not be able to process your customer support request if you are unable to provide your Transaction ID, which is provided to you with a valid e-mail address at the time of purchase.

Silkroad Images may only process refunds for Content where the total price is above 50 JDs ($ US 70).
